7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Get4oBack Plus, Pro or Unlimited, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase only. Refunds do not apply to renewals; the money-back guarantee is valid solely for the first subscription period.
Plus and Pro: The refund is guaranteed only if you have not exceeded 30% of your plan's token quota during that period. Above that, we may evaluate your request case by case.
Unlimited: The refund is guaranteed only if you have not exceeded 1 million tokens during that period. Above 1M tokens, we may evaluate your request case by case.

How to request a refund
Email info@get4oback.com from the email address associated with your Get4oBack account. Include "Refund request" in the subject if possible. We process requests within a few business days. Access follows your subscription state in Stripe after we act on your request.
After the 7-day window
After 7 days from your initial purchase, or for any renewal, the money-back guarantee no longer applies. You can cancel anytime from your account (Dashboard → Manage subscription) to stop future renewals. What stays available after cancel is whatever Stripe already had on your subscription.
